Barb Upchurch Lamb has been working with the specialty food industry for over 10 years. She helps start and grow food businesses. Using a wide-net of tried and trusted partnerships, The Apple Cart provides consulting and support through regulatory navigation, business strategy, branding, marketing and sales support.
Barb is a professional speaker, and honed her skills initially through Toastmasters in both the US and UK. She has taught professional speaking workshops, and went on to join the National Speakers Association, where she won a competition that enabled her to attend the National Conference.
Today, Barb uses her food industry knowledge, combined with her speaking skills and event planning background to educate the craft-food industry.
